For corporate multi-trade business support:
We have vast knowledge of SAHA item codes and maintenance tech specs/natspec and a specific skill set in working on the SA Housing Authority Contract. We have managed oversight of staff travel, fleet management, social media, finance (accounts payable and receivable), payroll, reporting and system changes with a team of 15 + carpenters spread across regional South Australia.

We employ locally in Australia and have flexible working arrangements for all our staff to ensure we have the right people and work around their lives, all whilst delivering the highest level of service to our clients. We have pregnant women, carers, people who live regionally who all have the equal opportunity to work for us if they have the experience our clients need.
All of our staff are Australian and have a background within the trade industry in one form or another. This means that you receive the benefit of somebody who is Australian, knows the industry, and understands the challenges that you face on the daily within your business such as material cost increases and the ever increasing workload.

Hi, I'm Prescilla, the founder of PJP Virtual Admin, a journey that began in August 2023.
My professional path has been a winding one, marked by a search for where I truly belonged. I started in corporate roles, dressed in suits and dresses, but soon realised it wasn't the right fit for me. It wasn't until I transitioned into the residential maintenance and construction industry that I finally felt at home.
In my transition to the maintenance industry, I encountered a common struggle among tradespeople: the relentless grind of long days on the tools followed by even longer nights of administrative work. Many were burnt out, with little time to focus on growing their businesses rather than just keeping them afloat.
It was this observation that sparked the idea for PJP Virtual Admin. Recognising the need for support in managing administrative tasks, I set out to create a solution that would allow tradespeople to reclaim their time and focus on what they do best. With PJP Virtual Admin, I aim to provide a lifeline for small businesses in the maintenance and construction industry, offering efficient and reliable administrative support so they can thrive both personally and professionally.
Through PJP Virtual Admin, I'm not just building a business; I'm building a community of support for empowerment of tradespeople. My journey is a testament to the power of resilience and the belief that with determination and support, anything is possible.
