We have managed oversight of staff travel, fleet management, social media, finance (accounts payable and receivable), payroll, reporting and system changes with a team of 15 + carpenters spread across regional South Australia.

Hi, I'm Prescilla, the founder of PJP Virtual Admin, a journey that began in August 2023.
My professional path has been a winding one, marked by a search for where I truly belonged. I started in corporate roles, dressed in suits and dresses, but soon realised it wasn't the right fit for me. It wasn't until I transitioned into the residential maintenance and construction industry that I finally felt at home.
In my transition to the maintenance industry, I encountered a common struggle among tradespeople: the relentless grind of long days on the tools followed by even longer nights of administrative work. Many were burnt out, with little time to focus on growing their businesses rather than just keeping them afloat.
It was this observation that sparked the idea for PJP Virtual Admin. Recognising the need for support in managing administrative tasks, I set out to create a solution that would allow tradespeople to reclaim their time and focus on what they do best. With PJP Virtual Admin, I aim to provide a lifeline for small businesses in the maintenance and construction industry, offering efficient and reliable administrative support so they can thrive both personally and professionally.
